A day in Kyoto

Kyoto greeted me with the gentle rustle of leaves and the distant chime of temple bells. I started my day wandering through the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, where the towering green stalks created an almost otherworldly calm. It’s a quiet reminder of how nature and tradition coexist so beautifully in Japan.

Later, I made my way to Kiyomizu-dera, one of Kyoto’s most iconic temples, just in time to catch the afternoon light bouncing off the wooden terrace.
